LP5X-P
MSRP: $2,799.00
The LP5X-P is Colt Optics’ entry into weapon-mounted aiming lasers – the US model of the combat-proven LP5X-P, built in partnership with Brolis Defence and already standardized and fielded across NATO forces. It is one of the most compact and lightweight laser pointer-illuminators in its class, engineered for small arms and crew-served weapons that have to perform in any environment.
Four co-aligned lasers do the work of an entire aiming suite: a visible green pointer, an IR pointer, an IR illuminator with electronically adjustable beam divergence, and a VCSEL IR flood illuminator. Because every emitter is co-aligned, a single zero puts them all on the same point of impact – and the aiming lasers sit directly over the bore line to keep offset to a minimum.
The US LP5X-P pushes a 26 mW visible laser for cutting through extreme bright conditions, with a modified divergence adjustment sized for gloved-hand manipulation. An adjustable flip-up mechanical back-up iron sight, an IP68-rated polymer housing, and a single CR123 battery round out a unit that mounts low-profile on any MIL-STD-1913 / STANAG 4694 Picatinny rail.

Two dedicated infrared sources: an IR illuminator with electronically adjustable beam divergence, plus a separate VCSEL IR flood for wide-area illumination under night vision.
An adjustable flip-up mechanical back-up iron sight built into the housing for an instant aiming reference.
The visible and IR aiming pointers sit over the bore line to minimize offset between point of aim and point of impact. All emitters are co-aligned to a single zero.
An oversized activation button engineered for positive, confident operation with gloves on.
Dual rail-locking bars clamp the unit to a MIL-STD-1913 / STANAG 4694 rail and hold zero through repeated recoil.
A dedicated power selector, separate from the function switch, so output level and emitter mode are set independently.

A LONG HISTORY OF EXCELLENCE
The LP5X-P didn’t start on a drawing board for the commercial market – it earned its reputation in the field. Built in partnership with Brolis Defence and standardized across NATO forces, it’s one of the most compact and lightweight laser pointer-illuminators available, trusted on small arms and crew-served weapons in every environment soldiers operate in.
Colt Optics brings the US model to market with the output and ergonomics American operators ask for. Four co-aligned lasers – a visible green pointer, an IR pointer, an electronically adjustable IR illuminator, and a VCSEL IR flood – work as a single integrated aiming suite. Because every emitter is co-aligned, one zero brings them all to the same point of impact, and the aiming lasers ride directly over the bore line to keep offset to a minimum.
The US LP5X-P steps up to a 26 mW visible laser for cutting through extreme bright conditions, with a divergence adjustment reworked for gloved-hand manipulation. An adjustable flip-up mechanical back-up iron sight is built into the housing, and the whole unit runs on a single CR123 battery while weighing just 185 grams.
Sealed to IP68, rated from -32 °C to +71 °C, and housed in high-performance glass-fiber-reinforced polymer, the LP5X-P is built to mount low-profile on any MIL-STD-1913 / STANAG 4694 rail and perform when it matters. Any environment. Any objective. Every shot.
